Following a successful and informative workshop our team presented at the CHEDDAR Hub Summer School in Windsor, some of our team have been presenting at the CHEDDAR Hub’s Friends and Industry event hosted in Central Hall Westminster, London.
The first day, hosted by Dr Poonam Yadav, featured demonstrations and presentations from across each of the CHEDDAR Hub’s universities, and featuring a variety of project by some of CHEDDAR’s partner universities. Our own Dr Jinkun Zhang presented some of our work on xApp-driven RAN optimisation as part of a series of talks providing more detail about our demos, and Joshua Levett later gave a talk on our work to build visibility of the resilience of telecoms networks, recently presented at ACM MobiSys 2026.
On the second day, we were graced by a variety of industry experts participating in highly engaging panels on the future of mobile connectivity - whether AI-native of progress beyond 6G. We also had the opportunity to demonstrate some of our ongoing research.
